Team Centrevo is growing again! This time, we’re looking for passionate Upgrades Agents who are highly skilled in Telesales to service customers on behalf of a Key Telco Client. These consultants will be responsible for performing inbound and outbound activities offering comprehensive solutions to customers based on their needs and requirements.

Job Responsibilities for Upgrades Agents

This role will entail that candidates supply assistance to new and existing post-paid Consumer Customers with sales confirmation and fraud screening, comprising of all queries including the following but not limited to:

  • Sales and Retentions
  • Inbound & Outbound call handling
  • Fraud screening and mitigation
  • Administration and changes
  • Driving app penetration
  • Any post-paid query
  • And other activities specified in training by the Key Telco Client

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Matric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification or higher
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales & Customer Service Contact Centre environment
  • Post-paid Express, Direct sales or other previous sales experience
  • Good listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate, driven and compassionate
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and tenacious
  • Empathetic with friendly and professional telephone etiquette
  • A positive, professional, and flexible attitude to work
  • Results and target driven with a desire to succeed
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail within complex processes
  • Afrikaans Speaking advantageous
