Team Centrevo is looking for experienced Outbound Sales Consultants, who are passionate about excellence, to join a rapidly growing NGO campaign. Those looking to apply will need to be able to thrive in a target-driven environment and should only apply if they believe that they are a top salesperson.

The successful candidates will also be responsible for calling new or existing customers and offering them the various donation options by:

  • Establishing relationships
  • Building a great rapport
  • Getting people to sign up for a donation

Job Responsibilities:

  • To call potential or existing donors and sign them up for a donation, upgrade their current donation or welcome them to the NGO.
  • To provide high-level service to potential and existing donors.
  • To handle calls professionally and efficiently.
  • To meet and exceed minimum job requirements and targets for the campaign as outbound sales agents
  • To close sales consistently, effectively and at a rate that generates great success for you personally and the client
  • Appropriate negotiation with potential and existing donors.

The Following Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience Are Required: 

  • Matric and a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a sales, customer service or relationship management environment in a call centre or face-to-face call centre experience
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic and enthusiastic
  • A team player with the power to influence
  • Passionate, driven and compassionate
  •  Hard working and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
  •  Good listener
  •  Results and target driven
  •  Friendly and professional telephone etiquette
  • A positive, professional and flexible attitude to work
  • Mature with substantial life and work experience
  • A natural sales closer
  • Experience working for an NGO is highly advantageous
  • Confident in building rapport and closing sales telephonically
  • Well-spoken and articulate in the English language
  • Ability to empathise, relate and create emotional connection with the customer essential
  • Exemplary track record verified by references
  • Computer literacy essential
