Purpose of the Job | : | Make and receive phone calls to promote Home Improvement options on behalf of a USA Client. Gain interest through effective engagement and communication of the services available, handle any objections and undertake qualification of prospective customers fit, before booking an appointment for a Designer to undertake an in-home consultation. | |||

Job Responsibilities | : | The success of the role holders will be achieved predominantly through effective outbound calling (although there will be some inbound calls) and the role holder will use strong communication skills together with objection handling in promoting and gaining interest in the services. Once interest is achieved there will be a further qualification of the client circumstances and once a match is established an appointment will be arranged for a Designer to attend the prospective customers property for a consultation.
There will be a requirement to accurately capture and update prospective customer records in both the dialler and the Clients CRM, so attention to detail is a critical component of the role. |
