Department : Centrevo – Lead Generation and Appointment Booking
Position : Sales Agent
Training Start Date : Expected Start Date: 15 Aug 2023 (TBC)
Term : Permanent (3 months training agreement)
Reports To : Team Leader
Purpose of the Job : Make and receive phone calls to promote Home Improvement options on behalf of a USA Client. Gain interest through effective engagement and communication of the services available, handle any objections and undertake qualification of prospective customers fit, before booking an appointment for a Designer to undertake an in-home consultation.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
  • Matric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification or higher
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales / Lead Generation / Appointment Booking Contact Centre environment
Job Responsibilities : The success of the role holders will be achieved predominantly through effective outbound calling (although there will be some inbound calls) and the role holder will use strong communication skills together with objection handling in promoting and gaining interest in the services.  Once interest is achieved there will be a further qualification of the client circumstances and once a match is established an appointment will be arranged for a Designer to attend the prospective customers property for a consultation.

There will be a requirement to accurately capture and update prospective customer records in both the dialler and the Clients CRM, so attention to detail is a critical component of the role.

Agent Profile :
  • Extensive work experience essential (Sales/Lead Generation and Appointment booking in Contact Centres)
  • Must have enjoyed success in an International Lead Gen / role (ideally USA / Australia)
  • Neutral English accent when communicating
  • Strong literacy together with strong verbal and communication
  • Goal driven
  • High energy and self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
Salary; Incentives & Commissions : TBC
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 in USA CET Time zone
  • Public Holidays: Closed
