POSITION: Customer Service Representative
REPORTS TO: Team Leader
BASED IN: Durban, Mount Edgecombe

We are looking for highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our Business to Service customers on behalf of a Key Telco Client. The consultant will be responsible for performing inbound and outbound activities offering comprehensive solutions to customers based on their needs and requirements.


  • Must have a Matric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification or higher
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a Sales & Customer Service Contact Centre environment
  • Must have Post-paid Express, Direct sales or other previous sales experience
