GROUP TRAINING FACILITATOR

BASED IN: Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal

REPORTS TO: Dual reporting line – HR Executive and Operations and Continuous Improvement Executive

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a Group Training Facilitator your role will include conducting the training of new and existing staff, developing and implementing training and development policies and procedures in line with the Groups goals and providing professional and efficient admin support to the training department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  •  2-3 years of experience in facilitation and delivery within Contact Centre’s
  • Extensive knowledge of facilitation and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be results driven and professional
