Position : Lead Gen/CS Rep Agent x 2
Training Start Date : Expected Start Date: TBC
Term : 3 months Training Agreement moving onto permanent once probation period is over.
Reports To : Team Leader
Purpose of the Job :

As a lead gen specialist, you will contribute to our ongoing success by working closely with our diverse client-facing advisors and customers daily. You will also play a supporting role in enhancing appointments by effectively managing and collecting information which will help in the process of repairing a customer’s debt.  In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll navigate multiple systems and engage with a wide variety of customers, ensuring each day brings new challenges and excitement. Be a key player in our vibrant environment through your journey.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
  • Matric or relevant NQF Level 4 qualification or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Lead Gen, Sales, and or & Customer Service environment for an International Campaign.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Mature & friendly manner with the ability to work well within a team environment.
Job Responsibilities :

Offer support to our Australian clientele, addressing various inquiries, including but not limited to the following:

  • Administration and data capturing of personal information.
  • Conducting thorough fact-finding to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial obligations.
  • Examine the information furnished by customers and accurately record the provided data.
  • Cultivate meaningful connections with our clients through consistent telephone communication on both inbound and outbound lines.

Agent Profile :
  • Age preference 18 years and older with a valid SA ID
  • International Work experience essential (Customer service /Retention/Lead Gen/Sales)
  • Neutral accent when communicating
  • Strong literacy and verbal communication in the preferred language required (English)
  • Goal driven, enthusiastic and competitive.
Salary; Incentives & Commissions :

R7000 Basic R1000 Night Shift allowance plus comm
